WHAT ARE DERMAL FILLERS?

Fillers can lift and contour the face as well as be used to create volume. As one of our injectables treatments, our Aesthetic Doctor’s can use dermal filler to smooth facial lines for a younger appearance.

Dermal fillers work by boosting the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid. This injectable substance has a gel consistency made up of stabilised, hyaluronic acid, which is tissue-friendly and closely resembles the hyaluronic acid that exists naturally in the body.

Fillers are used for anti-ageing to give a more youthful look and to reduce the appearance of mild to deep wrinkles. It is particularly effective for treating mid to lower facial regions. Fillers can also be used to add volume to cheeks, chin, jawline, and lips.
