In creating Escape MediSpa, Jacqui wanted to merge the feeling of luxury and relaxation with result-driven treatments. She believes that a relaxing environment and a calming atmosphere is a key part of the journey to a new you. As a mum of two beautiful babies, Jacqui realises the importance of a work-life balance which in turn promotes a positive lifestyle and skin health.

After graduating from Glasgow College, Jacqui gained international experience teaching Beauty Therapy to young professionals at a further education college in Botswana, Africa. From there, she started her career working in 5-star Spa Resorts throughout the UK, Europe and Australia. It was during her time in Australia where her interest in aesthetics grew. Whilst managing a popular chain of Aesthetic Clinics on the Gold Coast Jacqui gained immense experience in laser, skin peels and advanced medical treatments.

Missing home, she returned to a ‘dream job’ as Clinic Manager at the Medispa within Harvey Nichols and then on to co-owning a Medical Clinic in the West End of Edinburgh. She has a passion for delivering and maintaining exceptionally high standards and understands the ever-changing needs of clients and current trends. Jacqui firmly believes that a combination of treatments and quality homecare products provides the best possible results for her clients.
